Products: 

• Live plants are shipped so the size of each one is affected by factors such as the time of year and availability. Some plants have dormancy periods during which they look smaller until carnivorous phase arrives again. If you require photos of the plants to be sent, please request them via WhatsApp or email. This may slightly delay the shipping process. The plants may have slight color variations upon arrival.

Packaging: 

• For national shipments, the package size will depend on the number of plants required. These are shipped bare-root.

• For international shipments, the plants are shipped bare-root in a small box. If you require a special packaging method, please contact us so we can use the best package according to the destination country.​​

 

Envíos: 

• Domestic shipments are sent between Monday and Wednesday. You can choose any courier service as long as they offer express delivery.

• International shipments are sent between Monday and Wednesday. All shipments are sent via EMS or registered mail. There are restrictions when shipping plant specimens that complicate the process. All shipments carry a risk of confiscation by customs agents. In the event that a package is confiscated or delayed, we cannot guarantee or refund its contents.

Guarantee: 

• All specimens are carefully packed to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition, but unforeseen circumstances or errors can always occur.

• If any specimen arrives dead, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can proceed accordingly. We offer two solutions: the first is a refund for any specimens that arrived dead. To request a refund, please send a photo of each dead specimen within 24 hours of the package's arrival. The second solution is to resend the plants that did't survive shipping. However, this shipping cost will need to be quoted and paid for again.
