Flowering | To improve flowering, keep plants in acidic soil and, at every phase change, add calcareous material to the surface (e.g., eggshells). |
General tip: To keep pings in the same pot long term, I add medium- to large-size volcanic rock at the bottom and a rich organic material. I use leaves or peat mixed with moss and volcanic rocks in a 2:1:1 proportion. I also use a top layer of live sphagnum moss.
