Dormant season | Watering - Dry. Light time (6-8 hours) |
Carnivorous season | Watering - Constant with 2-3 days of dry periods before repeating watering. Light time (10-12 hours) |
Flowering | To improve flowering, I add a thin layer of gypsum materials (gypsum or lime, in low quantities). |
General tip: To keep pings in the same pot long-term, I add medium- to large-size volcanic rock at the bottom and a rich gypsum layer at the top. I use gypsum mixed with marmolite and white volcanic rocks in a 1:1:1 proportion. Fun fact about growing this species: they don't like hot soil. White rocks will help develop stronger plants.
