Dormant season | Watering - Dry. Light time (6-8 hours) |
Carnivorous season | Watering - Constant with 2-3 days of dry periods before repeating watering. Light time (10-12 hours) |
Flowering | To improve flowering, I add a thin layer of acidic organic materials (peatmoss or fine lemon zest mixed with moss). |
General tip: To keep pings in the same pot long term, I add medium- to large-size volcanic rock at the bottom and a rich organic material layer at the top that buries 2-3 cm the dormant bulbs. I use leaves or peat mixed with moss and volcanic rocks in a 2:1:1 proportion.
